Shipping and Return Policy
Why Not International offers free shipping for all orders!
- We are happy to offer free domestic (U.S. and its territories) standard ground shipping for all orders, regardless of size or value.
- For standard shipping, please allow up to 72 hours for processing. You should receive your order within 5-10 business days.
Please allow additional time for shipments to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO).
- Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00PM EST in order to ship out the same day they are placed. However, due to payment type, and that company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Expedited shipping is also not available for shipments including items containing hazardous material by the Department of Transportation (fragrances, nail polish, etc).

For your convenience, Why Not International online purchases shipped to a U.S. address may be returned within 14 days of the original delivery day for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Customers may also choose to ship their items back on their own using either of the below methods:
- Why Not International Flex Label: This label provides quick, convenient return service. Our Flex Label works with both UPS and the U.S. Postal Service.
- This service is available in all 50 states; Washington, DC; and Puerto Rico.
- Shipping charges are prepaid and no postage is required.
- The cost of return shipping, $8 for any number of items, will be deducted from your refund. Simply affix the Flex Label to your package and drop it off in a UPS Drop Box or at a UPS store, or give it to a UPS carrier. You may also drop it in a mailbox, drop it off at the post office or give it to your postal carrier.
- Please seal the package securely and affix the Flex Label provided on the bottom of your customer receipts. The Flex Label cannot be used for shipments outside the continental U.S. or for gift exchange or group sales.
- Ship on Your Own: Customers can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
- The item number of the merchandise, if available
